Shocking Blue Hair Dye with purple undertones; dark blue shade. Used to add dark blue highlights to virgin unbleached hair. Best results are achieved by lightening hair to very light level nine blonde or lighter. Contains three times the pigments and lasts about thirty percent longer than the Classic High Voltage line. Each application lasts six to eight weeks. Colors are mixable and can be combined to create custom shades; no developer required and compatible with Pastelizer for pastel hues. Cruelty-free vegan formula; made in the USA; color is free of PPD and ammonia, parabens, gluten, resorcinol, and phthalates; PETA accredited. For best results, pre-lighten hair with MANIC PANIC Flash Lightning Bleach Kits to level nine or ten before dyeing.
